Great advice Amber. My boyfriend (of six years) has been a picky eater his whole life. Ever since I’ve known him, he’s always been upfront with people, especially when they ask him questions. Throughout the years, he has trained himself to not care about what other people think. I admire that, and I believe that has helped him so much. You’re so right about being honest upfront; it helps decrease/eliminate the pressure and anxiety of lying and trying to cover the issue up. I encourage all adult picky eaters to use their voice. Its not an easy thing to do, but in the long run, it will get easier and it is so worth it. I really look forward to your next podcast. Keep up the good work!
